Denon unveiled 3D-ready Blu-Ray Players

Denon expanded its Universal Blu-Ray Disc player lineup with two new models which boast above all to be 3D-ready (via firmware upate in the fall). The new BR players, namely DBP-2011UDCI and DBP-1611UD, are also capable of internet access, Netflix and YouTube streaming as well as CD/DVD playback and HD audio disc playback in SACD and DVD-Audio formats. Other features include 1GB of on-board memory for BD-Live, DLNA 1.5-certification for audio/video/photo streaming, USB, Ethernet and HDMI v1.4a ports.
DBP-1611UD is planned to be launched in June this year for a SRP of $399 whereas DBP-2011UDCI is scheduled to be launched in August for a SRP of $799.
