Toshiba unveiled new Camileo line of compact digital camcorders
The new Camileo series features three models: S20, H30, X100. The specifications of the first pocket-sized one include 4x digital zoom, 5 mpixel digital still photos, the second one a 3-inch LCD touch-screen, 5x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom, 10 mpixel stil photos and the last one a 3-inch LCD touchscreen, 10x optical and digital zoom as well as 10 mpixel still photos.
The all are capable of recording 1080p Full HD resolution videos, YouTube hotkey for instant uploading to the Internet, as well as the ability to take standard SD/SDHC memory cards up to 32GB, up to 12 hours of video at the lowest setting. They can be charged using either HDMI or USB 2.0 cables that are provided.
Available as of April 19 in the U.S. for prices (MSRP)$179.99 for s20, $249.99 for H30 and $399. 99 for X100.
