Twitter-centered New Japanese TV Drama

Fuji TV Drama 'Hard to say I Love You'

Twitter got tweeted in the new Japanese drama “Sunao ni Narenakute: hard to say I love you” which will be aired on April 15 on Fuji TV. How, you might well ask. The five young characters in the drama all meet one another via Twitter and the story develops with Twitter as the all-present character.

I am not sure how much Japanese youth have been fans of Twitter so far but if there is one thing I can assuredly forecast, it is that seeing it being a hit after its TV debut would not be that much of a surprise to us, a hit even to the degree that one day we can see the little bird mascot tweeting in Tokyo streets in a Special Twitter Event, having some snapshots with its fans saying “Tweeeetu” instead of “Cheeeezu”.

Here is the trailer of the drama in case you get interested:

Wow, I gotta see this. By the way, I don’t think they pronounce “tweet” like that :p it sounds more like “tsuitto”, unless you meant “tweets” :)
