Toshiba to produce sub-25nm flash memory chips

Toshiba, world leader in NAND flash memory after Samsung Electronics, reportedly ordered chip-making equipment to produce microchips featuring less than 25 nanometers of circuitry widths. Toshiba are planning to invest around 15 billion yen ($160 million) for the test production line that is planned to be built this year.
