“Project Wisdom”, NHK’s new TV and Online Program for Global Debates

NHK Project Wisdom

The new program dubbed “Project Wisdom” will start on Japan’s National Broadcasting Organization NHK’s, satellite TV channel NHK BS 1, on April 29, 2010 at 9.00 p.m. Japan time and will last for 100 minutes. The concept of the program is to form both a TV and internet platform for the debate of major World problems. Accordingly, NHK established an official site where you can contribute by expressing your opinion as to the theme which will be discussed through answering the questions NHK have published or by commenting an already published opinion. The official website is bilingual both in English and Japanese as it is intended to be global debate. In the program, the so-called WISDOMS, leaders, social entrepreneurs etc. whom NHK have selected will connect to the TV studio.
