Two LED-backlit Eco monitors join ASUS Designo series in Australia

ASUS MS238H & MS228H

The MS238 and the MS228 are LED backlit LCD monitors capable of displaying 16.7 M colors, offering 1920 x 1080 resolution, 10,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, max. 250cd/m2 of brightness, 2ms (gary-to-gray) response time and HDMI/D-sub inputs. They claim being environmentally-friendly promising lower energy consumption levels by %45 saving 37.2kWh electricity and lower CO2 emissions by 23.6 kg.

Differences are the MS238H has a 23-inch screen, measures 566.2 x 406.8 x 150.9 whereas the MS228H has 21.5-inch screen and measures 519.5 x 377.6 x 155.9.

The price tag is 599 Australian dollars for the former and 499 Australian dollars for the latter.
