IDTI Full HD Touchscreen Display

Taiwanese company IDTI (Integrated Digital Technologies) unveiled this 21.5” Full HD-video capable, touch-screen display during CeBIT 2010. It is a fully-fledged touchscreen display (not a PC) that comes equipped with HDMI/D-Sub input and supports Windows 7. You can only use the company’s stylus to work on the screen, though.

And all this come for the price of $300.

Here is a video from IDTI’s booth at the CEBIT 2010 exposing us to the display:

There is similar monitor on special next week. At Aldi UK. I wonder how good those pens are, maybe don’t have pressure sentitivity for Photoshop. However can you imagine having a display like that to work on… mmm

Wow! That looks awesome, would be great to use while working in something like Paint Shop Pro, I’ve had moments where this could have come in, easier and more natural to work with then with the mouse.

Stylus only is a bit of a pain, but at $300 for full HD I’d be more than willing to overlook it.
