Already existing chinese headphones with the Muse name slapped on. You can find most of these on site's like dealextreme or focalprice.

And isn't the one in the 1st picture a sony knockoff?

If its anything like other electronic products out of Australia, it belongs in the rubbish bin! Give me Japanese or US headphones any day. I've bought a fridge, automatic washer, TV, portable stereos and you're lucky to get 2 to 3 years life out of them. In fact, several Australian white goods and electronics manufacturers have been quoted on Australian media as saying they don't want their products to have more than a five year life otherwise the companies will go broke.

Is the Lady gaga model just a chinese headphone with her name slapped on it as well? I found it on the same website you have mentioned.

I have just bought the Muse (The Carpenter) headphone an hour ago and now I want to throw it into the bin. I was looking for a replacement for my Apple iPod earphone but these Muse rubbish failed miserably in comparison. They claimed that these product exceeds Apple earphone but they don't. I felt like I am being ripped off.

I am going to call the company and ask for how I can get my money back.

Its a pity because they look so nice.
