NEC WiMAX Base Stations for UQ today began service

NEC’s Mobile PasoWings BS 202 base stations within the WiMAX network of the Tokyo-based UQ Communications began operation in Japan today. This is part of UQ’s plan to expand their coverage nationwide by installation of more than 6,000 base stations this year by the end of March.
