Strangely enough, Japan is not THE place for tuning of your console, the Chinese are way ahead of our Japanese friends (e.g. chipping your PS2 or Xbox). To my great surprise, I discovered a small shop offering tons of chips for the PS2 and even screens for all types of consoles on the market. Prices varied between 150 and 200 EUR for these changes.
