What a strange setting, and while I understand the security needs behind this MiNEW D100 Dual PC, I am not sure if having physically 2PC is the best solution.
So yep you nailed it, the MiNEW D100 is in fact not 1 PC, but 2 PC glued to each other, where each of them will act differently on your network. Using different network interface for external (The Web) usage and Internal (Your Home network) usage you will have connected to the internet an Atom 230 PC with 1GB of RAM, 160GB of HDD and without any optical drive, that will filter data and avoid any physical intrusion to your main device powered by a Core 2 Duo E8400, with 2GB of RAM, 250GB, DVD Super Multi all of these in a 160x225x280 case.
