[MWC] Samsung Wave Hands-on
Category: None - Tags: Bluetooth 3.0, Full Touch Screen, Multi-codec, Samsung, Smart Phone, Super Amoled, Wave, WiFi 802.11n

We already covered the Samsung Wave yesterday here on Akihabara News but our brave Cutkillavince, who is attending the MWC 2010 for us, had the chance to have some quality time with the beast.
First and foremost, the most impressive thing on this phone is its stunning AMOLED 3.3” screen with its 800×480 resolution and 16 Million colors (There is a rumor running at MWC that Cutkillavince had his doubts on this number and counted 1 by 1 each colors to make sure that the wave really has 16 million colors… It took him ages, but apparently… yep the number is correct).
Now the Wave is definitively a nice little device and its good price/perf ratio will give its competitors something to chew for a while.
