Incheon, South Korea to be home to the World’s First Theme Park about Robots

The seeds of this grand project had actually been sown back in April 2007 and gained momentum with the Incheon Robot Land Co. Ltd’s acquisition of authorization from the South Korean government last year in February 2009. It is funded by National government, local government and private investors and is scheduled to be completed and opened in 2012.

This fourth-generation theme park will have facilities such as Exhibition Hall, Experience and Learning Centers, Experiment Center, Stadium for public benefit as well as profit-oriented facilities such as Advanced Robot Entertainment Center, Robot Shop etc.

This facility really does sound exciting …and makes you think how much life evolves and at what pace… just look at Disneyland and what we are talking about now…Some Robot Olympics in the Stadium of this Robot Land?
