Asus Japan to release their latest Eee PC 1005PE with 11.7 hours battery

AsusTek japan announced today the availability date of their latest EeePC 1005PE Netbook. Scheduled to be released on January 30th, Asus argue this netbook is capable to provide up to 11.7 hours of battery Life Span.
Regarding secs, nothing special compared to already available version. The EeePC 1005PE runs on Windows 7 Starter, and is powered by an Intel Atom N450 @1.66GHz, 1GB of memory, a 10.1 inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1024×600, 250GB of HDD, and an Intel NM10 Express Chipset.
For the rest, we have usual specs, with 3 USB 2.0 ports, Wifi IEEE 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, SD Card slot, 300 000 Pixels camera..

Weights: 1.27kg.
Price: 44 800 Yens, or 345€
