Pentax Optio E90, a serious competitor for Exemode?

Pentax seems to try to compete with Exemode on his very own market of cheap camera with their latest Point & shoot camera, the Optio E90… Priced at 10 000 yens, with a black color, this entry-model, successor of the Optio E80, provides a 10.1 Megapicxel 1/2.3 inch CCD sensor, with a 3X optical zoom, an ISO sensitivity from ISO100 to ISO1600, a 2.7 inch LCD screen with 6MB of built-in memory (expandable via SD.SDHC memory cards.
Measuring 92.5×28×60mm, for 170g, this Optio E90 will be retailed at the end of February.
