Sanyo’s nice Team just sent us not one but three sample of their latest Full HD Ultra slim Camcorder, the Xacti DMX-CS1.

While we didn’t played yet we these new babies, and give you our first impression regarding the image quality, Image stabilizer, we can tell you right now we have something well built, really slim, and really light…
However, this new Xacti may be little bit too slim for big hands…
Anyway, we will make review soon, so if you have any question please feel free to ask now!

This is very exciting.
How is the size/formfactor/feeling compared to the old Sanyo C5/C6 product family?
How is the image/film quality compared to todays CG10?
What about lens protection?
When will you publish the review? Can´t wait…:)

Any noise detectable when zooming in and out while filming? This could only be tested in a perfectly quiet room, of course, and then the recorded audio listened to.

What is the situation re availability? I see Amazon USA will not start shipping until March 14. I was going to be in Asia for the second half of February and am seriously thinking about detouring to Japan since Sanyo’s Japan website says it will be available Feb 19. Is this the first release worldwide? What’s the next country for availability? I understand you may not know but perhaps someone can ask Sanyo since I really need this info.

XACTI “CS1″, interesting!

kei, do you think they can provide you also with “raw” MP4 samples from the model VPC-SH1
which was presented together with “CS1″ in CES2010 ?
From 7.January searching web, and , of course, nothing yet.
Also impatiently awaiting its “low light”perfomance of this 35mm lens dual camcorder!
