XR HDL-XR1.0/2D: New 1TB NAS from IO Data
IO-Data announced the availability date of their new RAID 5/6 NAS, the LAN DISK XR, which is scheduled for the beginning of February.
Our new NAS can receive up to four 3.5 inch HDD, and features 1TB of Storage Space (2 x 500GB). Supporting hot-swap, you will be able to change a faulty disc on the fly, without the needs to shut down your NAS. Regarding the interface, we will have 2 Gigabit Ethernet, 2 USB ports, and an eSATA port.
Compatible Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/Server 2003/Server 2008 and Mac OS X 10.4, the NAS is priced at 78 015 yens, or 599€
