I HAVE AN ONGOING OUTAGE TICKET WITH LG CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT SINCE JUNE 13TH. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THIS BLU RAY PLAYER DOES NOT SUPPORT “AVI” VIDEO FORMAT. I CANNOT PLAY MY VIDEO MOVIES (AVI FORMAT) FROM MY DIGITAL CAMERA. THE TICKET NUMBER WITH LG CUSTOMER SUPORT IS CNM100614646203 OF JUNE 14TH. PLEASE CHECK DISPOSIION OF THIS MAJOR PROBLEM.
