ATH-ANC1 QuietPoint, New Audio-Technica Headphones Promise 85% Active Noise-Cancelling

Audio-Technica’s new fold-flat design lightweight (only 100 gr without cable and battery) head phones, the ATH-ANC1 QuietPoint, equipped with active noise-cancelling technology intends to be your ideal travel companion. Thanks to its built-in ANC circuitry, it claims to have achieved reducing the background noise by 85%. Activation of the noise-cancelling function requires disposable AAA size Alkaline battery to be placed in the control box and of course needs to be switched on when desired. It will operate as stereo head phones once this function has been switched off (on passive mode) with no need for battery power. Last but not the least, the product is offered together with both an airline and a stereo adapter.
