Kohjinsha Dual Screen DZ Series, from concept to reality

Last October during CEATEC 09, we stumble upon Kohjinsha latest concept, a dual Screen notebook powered by an AMD Athlon… Back then we ask if this product will be available soon on the market, but Kohjinsha could not comment on this, however, today, they just sent us an early email to announce finally the launch of this concept as known now as Kohjinsha DZ Series or DZ6KHE16E.

So like you would have guess and like the pictures below, our notebook features two 10.1” LCDs with a 1024×600 resolution and LED backlight, for cost reduction Kohjinsha choose an Athlon Neo MV-40 at 1.6GHz, 1GB of RAM (Max 4GB), ATI Radeon HD 3200, 160GB of HDD (5400rpm), WiFi BGN, Gigabit Ethernet, 1.3Mpix Camera.
Finally Kohjinsha announce a 4.5h battery life (11.1V, 5200mAh) as well as a total weight of 1.84kg.

This new PC is available in Japan from Today onward and can be purchased on GeekStuff4U.com immediately!
