JVC’s RV-NB50 is your ultimate iPod friendly BoomBox.

Let’s put aside for a moment our RV-MB50 design and let’s try to focus our attention on our Boombox specs which include 2x5W speakers and 13cm driver unit for the Woofer (2x15W), FM Radio, CD Player and USB with support of both WMA and MP3 files, and a very useful iPod dock… Yep, no doubt technically speaking our JVC RV-NB50 Boombox is a pretty descent product…

Now this being said, honestly, I just can’t imagine anyone purchasing this product ever… No, seriously look at this stuff… Who on earth will even consider thinking of this as a descent industrial design in 2010? Maybe back in 1990 this design would have been considered cool but today… And on top of that, your RV-NB50 is not even shockproof, dust proof or waterproof… I would love to know JVC’s point of view on this, and I am sure they have a good reason to produce such a product, but still I wonder whom they are targeting in Japan for that.

Does anyone know if i can use a AUX entender on this thing? I have an HTC Desire C Smartphone, and was wondering if it had a AUX extender so i could play music from my phone onto the Boombox, And if it does not have an AUX extender plug, does it have a USB plug, i can plug my phone into, and will it still play music from that, even tho i don’t use the AUX exterder plug?
If i confused you too much, just leave a reply, and ill help you with it :)
