Moving-Photo, Takara Tommy new portable purikura-like camera

Purikura is the hottest and most famous photo booth for Teenagers in Japan ( Check out this Google Image search to understand the Purikura thingy) better, and while there are many camera-like toys in order to create Purikura on the Go, Takara Tommy released a new model with the Moving-Photo, a compact and Girly designed camera, with a 2Mpix Camera module, a 2.36” LCD, 1GB of memory and a MicroSD Card slot, offering the “Purikura” experience by letting you modify any pictures you take with 40 different kinds of background, 30 different kinds of Frames and 120 different stamps.

I don’t know if you’ve realized this yet, but we are talking here about a MAJOR news the equivalent of a 5D MK II launch for Japanese Kids… So if you want to give your kids a taste of the Japanese fever, now you know what to get for them for this Xmas.
