TwitterFeed and Twitter Problems on AkihabaraNews and NihonCar

Last week an Idiot succeed to damage our SQL database on NihonCar.com and we had then been obliged to change some of our passwords… Including our Twitter On…
In the rush last Friday, we completely forgot about the TwitterFeed, hence now we can no longer receive Akihabara News latest updates via Twitter (same for NihonCar)… Well, in a perfect world, we could easily fix this matter by modifying our TwitterFeed account setting… Yes, in a Perfect world, this would be easy, but the fact is when we created our TwitterFeed account, this service used to support only OpenID… Something that we used solely for TwitterFeed. The current situation is although we remember both our login of and password for this OpenID account, we are not capable of recalling which provider we used then, and to make the matters worse new version of the TwitterFeed has just removed their list of OpenIDs that they provided prior to June 2009…
To make things even more interesting, TwitterFeed does not have any Support Contact details or Support email service…

So basically we are screwed, unless

1) I have a backup of the OpenID info at home
2) TwitterFeed gets back to us…
3) Someone has a bright idea to help us here

So if you were using Twitter to follow our updates, well, you’d better use the good old RSS thing that happens to work just fine.

I had a similar problem with TwitterFeed and contacted them by email. They resolved it by saying:

Mario Menti, an employee of twitterfeed, replied to recover openid, remove feed, a problem about twitterfeed.

The easiest thing is to log in with any other OpenID (Google, Yahoo, etc), and once logged into twitterfeed go to https://twitterfeed.com/transfer – this should let you move the feed(s) to the OpenID you’re currently logged in as, and you should then see them under “my feeds” where you can edit/delete them.

You can try and get more help here also

    Hope this helps
