PMW-350K: Sony’s Latest Shoulder Mount Camcorder Got a Price

Sony announced price and availability for their new XDCAM EX shoulder-mounted PMW-350K and PMW-350L (Nue) camcorders.

Dedicated to professional use, the XDCAM EX PMW-350 features three 2/3 inch-type Exmor™ full HD CMOS sensors, HD-SDI, HDMI out as well as a DVCAM recording option, and a 3.5-inch LCD monitor
Regarding recording format, the PMW-350K can shoot in MPEG-2 Long GOP HQ, MPEG-2 MP@HL SP, MPEG-2 MP@H14 SD mode on a 32GB SxS memory card. PMW-350K model offers customers a lens package, equipped with an HD lens with 16x zoom and a standard 2/3-inch bayonet lens interface

Available January 10th for a price 2.31 million yen, or €.17,000
