Sotec Updates Their P305 Series Nettop with an ION Platform

The P305 Series is Onkyo’s (Sotec) Atom powered nettop with a uniquely removable optical drive. This new version today is offered with or without LCD and features an Intel Atom N230 (1.6GHz), a GeForce 9400M G (Ion), 2GB of RAM, 160GB of HDD and a DVD Super Multi.

Sold for 698,000 Yen and 89,800 Yen (with LCD) the P305 Series includes Windows 7 Home Premium.

    Onkyo, thinks they are sony toshiba or something.
    all their products are very expensive.

    1000 dollars for an ION desktop set!
    that much money can get a quad core pc complete with great video card (geforce 260, radeon 5850), 1080p lcd and everything.
    or a dual core atom 330 ion set for around 700.
