Sigma DP1s: a Better DP1? Now Official

Sigma Japan just announced the DP1s, an improved DP1 which features the same QS menu (quick menu) as both the DP2 and SD14. To put it simply, SIGMA is now giving the DP1 a second chance with their “s” version. Many people regret Sigma’s decision to move from the 28mm focal to the 41mm found on the DP2… As well as some changes that made the DP2 too much of a niche camera compare to the DP1.
So here’s the DP1s, an improved DP1 with many of the DP2′s nifty improvements, but with the same good old 16.6mm 1:4 lens and Foveon…
