Smartbook U1000 from Qiji is Nothing but a WM PDA

The Smartbook U1000 from Qiji has a pretty misleading name, in fact it’s a nice little Windows Mobile 6.1 phone with a huge 5” LCD with a 800×480 resolution for a total size of 133 x 85 x 10.9mm. It features a Wifi, a 3Mpix camera, 128MB of RAM and 256MB of flash ROM as well as a PXA300 CPU at 624MHz. Nice little device that unfortunately lacks 3G support.

I have heard that Qualcomm is focusing on smartbooks to increase connectivity, portability and how power is managed. Funny how not all companies which are labeled smartbook are getting attention even if their not. Found you through http://www.smartbook.asia
