We heard this rumor quite a while ago, and now it’s official, Casio Hitachi Mobile Communications will merge with NEC’s Mobile Terminal Unit, in order to create… NEC Casio Mobile Communications

Shares will be as follows: NEC: 66%, Casio: 17.34%, Hitachi: 16.66%

One after another, Japanese mobile manufacturers are being forced to merge to survive… Who’s next?
