Why am I not living overthere ?
…
I bought 3 months ago my new PC for quite the same price, but without the tower, without screen, DVD player, keyboard and mouse
I have the same proc, but less memory, same video card and same HDD…
@xnnc, I didn’t know HDD (with Vista?) were so expensive in France!!
@Kei : :-p with Windows 7 RC, at least it’s free for the moment
You are lucky to live such a geek country
no wonder its so expensive.
you bought an intel core i7 860 three months ago when the product is released worldwide on september 8, 2009.
its also called DVD drive not player.
dvd players are the ones you connect to a television to watch dvd movies.
only explanation i can think of about your situation is you bought 4 parts
Intel i7 920
Geforce GTX 260
X58 motherboard
and 3GB ram set.
and yes up to now, building a (X5
PC will cost more than the (P55) PC above because (X5
is more expensive and has more upgrade options.
