Sony Launches Seven New IC Recorders

I’m not going into too much trouble here since these IC recorders don’t have any breathtaking features (sorry sony), but here you are:

SX Series ICD-SX950 (8GB) and ICD-SX850 (4GB) both offer Linear PCM, MP3 and LPEC recording. Then we have the UX Series ICD-UX400F (8GB), ICD-UX300F (4GB) and ICD-UX200 (2GB), that record online in MP3. The ICD-AX80 (2GB) recordis in MP3, and the ICD-BX80 (2GB) also record only in MP3 but only in mono and not stereo like the previous models.

I’ve just bought a IC-UX81, a 2GB voice recorder, which records in stereo. Those new models do not seem to be much of an upgrade except a face-lift and a bump in capacity.
