Sony to Launch the Alpha 900′s Brother, the Alpha 850

Besides the announcement of their mid-range DSLRS, Sony also introduced the Alpha 850, which appears to be a sort of copy of the Alpha 900. This new baby comes with the exact same 24.6Mpix sensor and most features of Sony’s flagship…
The major difference is the price, under $2000, or €1395 for the body. As for specs, Sony offers a 35-mm full-frame Exmor™ CMOS sensor with dual BIONZ™ processing engines, a 3-inch LCD monitors, an Ultra-Bright Viewfinder with a coverage of 98 percent, the SteadyShot INSIDE™ image stabilization integrated to the body, a continuous shooting of 3fps, an HDMI output, an intelligent preview function, a Dynamic Range Optimizer.
A new 28-75mm F2.8 SAM lens should cost around $800, or €560.
Price: Around $2000, or €1395, for the body.
