Let’s Visit Tokyo – Kokyo Gaien Part 1.5…

Let’s Visit Tokyo – Kokyo Gaien Part 1.5…

Well, well well… You remember when I promised to give you the 2nd part of the video… Well actually, this was what I was going to do until I arrived to the train station and found of a political oriented demonstration, with quite a lot of policemen forced to close the park… Yeah right, good timing! So instead a nice relaxing video of a beautiful Japanese park, I shot video of the demonstration, after all this is what Japan looks like too so I thought it would be interesting for you to see this as well.

The thing is the video is quite short, compared to the usual ones and the reason is simple, it was not good to be a foreigner recording video of people at a demonstration like this, and I felt that I was not always welcome…

Anyway enjoy the show, and pray that next week the demonstration will be over!

Doesn’t matter if half of the video is about a demonstration. It’s different and that is what makes it actually quite interesting to watch ^_^. ありがとう。

    What was the demonstration about???

Enjoying your videos too. Keep up the great work!

So what’s this demonstration about the controversial Yasukuni Shrine…? It seems there’s a banner about protecting it from bad publicity and something about the history text books?

SteadiCam> I know what is a SteadiCam guys, I even a DIY one, but did not expected to do a shot like this… Merlin is great but with the GH1 it seems that people has some problem to get the prefect setting.

Demonstration> I really do not want to jump into politics here, since the people who were there belonged to the Ultra Nationalist (almost fascist) branch of the Japanese political system…

Whether it is a demonstration or not, I like to watch this video. It is realistic. I do not care what they are demonstrating, it is their internal affair. It is important they have the right to do it.
