HD TV Japanese model sold in Japan is lovely have a lot of functionality as this one. Is there anybody know how to change TV system from NTSC to Pal secam? I have heard that Korean TV can be changed to Pal system by changing some circuit blocks inside the TV. Is it possible for Japanese model? If so I would like to buy one of this nice TV and bring back.

Well, can’t NTSC always handle PAL but not vice versa?

Easily checked otherwise, just buy some chep videodevice, mod it for PAL and try it before you buy it. I would be a lot more worried about the voltage if you live in a PAL country since you would need a stepdown from hell (?)

I would like to buy a PAL tv and switch it to NTSC also, since there is a lack of TV’s in the correct voltage. LOL.
