Toshiba’s New Set of HDD and DVD DVRs… Fancy a 2TB Storage for Your Video?

This morning Toshiba introduced three new DVRs with the RD-X9 (2TB, 12bit/297MHz Video DAC), the RD-S1004K (1TB, 12bit/148MHz Video DAC) and the RD-S304K (320GB, 12bit/148MHz Video DAC). They burn both DVD and DVD-RAM, and store video on its internal HDD or on an external via USB.

They will be sold in Japan in September; the 2TB seems pretty decent with its USB mode, but once again… no Blu-ray…
