Sky’s New IM-U460K and its Sky Neon Message Feature

This morning Sky Korea announced the IM-U460K, a standard 3Mpix T-DMB phone with basic DAP and PMP features as well as an electronic dictionary, subway map, and a nice 3” LCD that displays any message you want a on a neon like sign.
