Onkyo Sotec to Launch a New 15.4” Notebook

Onkyo Sotec in Japan will release the new SOTEC R504 Notebook. Available on July 2nd, you’ll be able to get a Windows 7 upgrade for 3,000 yen.

Available in five flavors, the high-end model (R504A7B) features a 15.4’’ LCD monitor, an Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 CPU (2.53GHz), 4GB of DDR2-800 RAM, 500GB of HDD, as well as an Nvidia GeForce 8200M G, a DVD SuperMulti Drive, 3USB Ports and run on Windows Vista Home Premium… Expect 109,800 yen, or €820.

The other models have an Intel Celeron 900 (2.20GHz), 2GB of RAM (up to 4GB), 320GB of HDD, and almost same specs as the high end version. There’s a choice between Vista Home Premium, and Windows XP Professional SP3.
