QNAP NMP1000 Multimedia Player Reaches Japan
QNAP announced their latest network media player, the NMP1000, is finally available in Japan.
This HD capable set-top-box streams and play all HD or SD contents to any TV thanks to its HDMI 1.3 port. It’s powered by a Sigma Design SMP8635, has 256MB of RAM, room for a 3.5” SATA HDD, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, eSATA and can also be used as an NAS.
The NMP1000 will be sold for around 45,000 Yen in Japan (€337).
