Panasonic’s Full HD Video Conferencing System

This morning Panasonic announced the KX-VC500, a new Full HD video conferencing system.
Far from being a Skype replacement, the KX-VC500, once plug into a HD TV provides full HD 1080i (up to 8Mb/s) video conferencing.

Made to by used easily, Panasonic doesn’t include a camera with this little box, but rather allows the use of any HD video camera up to consumer level to bring video to an other party.
