Here’s the 2nd solar phone that will soon be available in Japan, Sharp’s Solar Phone SH002. What to say? This phone offers about what other phones do like the 1Seg, waterproof, GPS, Bluetooth and so on, but also features a solar panel that gives you after 30 minutes of exposure to the sun, 2 minutes worth of communications and 140 minutes of standby, and after 90 minutes, 9 minutes worth of communication and 560 minutes worth of standby.

One very interesting feature is Golf Mode. The SH002 has data on 2300 golf courses across Japan, and thanks to its GPS will give you distance information needed to hit the green.
