Nikon D5000 Quick VideoFootage in Akihabara

I went to Akihabara this morning and shot some quick videos with the D5000 and its stock lens… As I said before I’m impressed by the pictures, but no so impressed with the video… Anyway let’s see how things go.

Video taken in 720p24, added together in FCP with 720p24 setting and exported in H.264 720p24.

love the quality of the movie. I am also looking into buying my frist dsl, but it should be an entry model and the problem is that there are just too many cameras to choose from. The sony alpha 300,350 or the canon rebel, I can’t decide :/

Hard to tell about the quality, but if it’s about the fps, I can see why Daimaou didn’t like it… or maybe it’s just my computer.

I’d like to see a comparison between this, Canon T1i, GH1 and 5D Mark II (just for kicks).

    And maybe RED One? ouch
