Here’s the ProLite E2008HDS-B from Iiyama Japan, a 20” LCD monitor with a 2×1W speaker, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and a 250cd/m2 with a 1600×900 resolution for 17,800 Yen (€133)… Pretty expensive when you can get a 21” Full HD, with a 300cd/m2 brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio LCD from LG today for just 15,800 Yen (€119).

What about the wieving angle ?
The LG full HD Monitor are plastic Junk
with wieving angle of about 60 degrees…
yup iiyama is full of themselves.
this is another product that we will see in the bargain bins after a few months when retailers are offloading overstocks of these expensive monitors.
for the same price i can buy any 21.5 full hd 1080p monitor (no glass version).
which i am about to in a few weeks or months to replace my old iiyama 22″ crt 1920×1440 on my file/media server PC.
Looks not bad! But I am not familiar with Iiyama ’s LCD monitor … , what about it ?
