yup iiyama is full of themselves.
this is another product that we will see in the bargain bins after a few months when retailers are offloading overstocks of these expensive monitors.
for the same price i can buy any 21.5 full hd 1080p monitor (no glass version).
which i am about to in a few weeks or months to replace my old iiyama 22″ crt 1920×1440 on my file/media server PC.

I don’t see how its that expensive? Under $200 for a 20″ monitor is OK. I think the Lenonvo Thinkvision is a good TFT alternative to the usual LG and Samsung models
