Display 2009: Bridgestone’s Latest e-Paper Wonders

Bridgestone’s booth was certainly one of the most interesting when it came to e-Paper and e-Books, and we enjoyed an interesting 13” color e-Book prototype that allows you, within certain limits, to write on it, or like on the picture below, to draw and modify a picture.

Thanks to the QR-LPD or Quick Response – Liquid Powder Display, Bridgestone achieveed a update rate under 0.8 seconds for a 13” page, with a durability ranging from 200,000 to 1 million page update…
