Sharp to Unveil a New Mebius Netbook Next Week

Yesterday afternoon Sharp’s PR department sent us an invitation to the launch of their latest portable PC from the Mebius Line-up… There’s no information available on this up-coming PC, we were only told to expect a new Sharp Netbook… Nothing surprising since Netbook are now quite popular worldwide.

We’re happy to see Sharp moving back to the ultra portable notebook competition.

Nice! Being a hardcore Sharp fan, I’d really like one of these. Checked out the Sharp Mebius page, characteristics aren’t too impressive – up to 4 BG RAM, AMD Turion, ATI graphics, up to 120 GB hard disk… but, it’s a Sharp.
I just hope it’s not only for Japan. I’d like one of these available to buy from official outlets in Europe.
