You Think Working for a Famous Japanese Game Software Company is Cool?
Most of us believe that working for a game software company like Konami is truly awesome. You can wear what you want, eat candy all day, work in a Goolge like environment… Maybe overseas, but in Japan this is far from being the case. As proof below are some official pictures from a Konami freshmen and women entrance ceremony held at Tokyo Midtwon Hall last week… You guessed it right, it looks WAY more like a private high-school entrance ceremony rather than a welcome to a leading edge video game software company…
PS: In Japan freshmen and women MUST wear black business suits (skirst for women) for both their first interview and their training period, from 3 to 6 months.
