Samsung’s New Netbook, the NC310

With an international launch scheduled soon (Korea, Asia, CIS, Europe, and North America) the NC310 is Samsung’s latest Netbook. While we’re still waiting on the full spec sheet (we don’t know what kind of CPU its is powered with), Samsung announced it comes with a 10.1” LCD, weighs 1.23kg, Atom N270, GMA 950, has 5hrs of battery life (11hrs on the enhanced one), Wifi BG, HSDPA, WiBRO (Wimax in Korea), 1GB of RAM, 160GB of HDD, Bluetooth, a 1.3Mpix camera module, and so on…

Besides the above mentioned data we’re still waiting on a price.

Hey ppls i think its a Intel atom processor if u look closer, you see the 2 stickers on the black one at the back, it looks like xp + atom sticker. Also because its a blue atom sticker it looks like its gona be a N-series atom processor.

Yeah we knew this was an intel ATOM, but which one

I would love it if this Netbook would have an SSD instead of an HDD like it has.
Since an SSD has enhanced damage resistance compared to HDD systems, especially in such light-weight and compact systems, SSD drives are, to me, the only robust option.

I can’t see the screen through that much gloss. Why are there no matte options on recent netbooks?
