LPC-650, the Stealth’s New Ultra Compact Desktop PC

Stealth Computer Inc is far from being an Asian based company, they’re based in Toronto Canada… However, their latest wonder, the LPC-650 Series little PC makes them worth mentioning here on AkihabaraNews.com.
At just 166×157x48mm, the team behind Stealth Computing succeed in building a decent PC that supports both Core 2 Duo T8300 (2.4GHz) and T9500 (2.6GHz) CPUs, up to 4GB of DDR-2 RAM, a wide range of 2.5” SATA HDDs (from 80 to 500GB) and even some SSDs, DVD Multi, Intel Mobile 965 Express Video Controller with GMA X3100 and HDMI out, Wifi G, Gigabit Ethernet….
Quite a little device if you want a powerful PC at home or at the office (you can literally stuck these babies under a desk).

Did you guys check the price of this thing? Starts at $1,595 (that’s USD) which seems overpriced to me.
Small things always comes to a priece… unfortunately… Look the MacBook Air…
That’s very expensive, just wait awhile untill the price drops!
We can wait for Nvidia ION
which will be cost effective, small and powerful enough.
