waterproof? shockproof? same sucky sonic stage s/w? wonder if it will fit under my road bike helmet?

nw-s205f is my constant bike riding companion for years now. ridden thru many monsoons, dropped from the 2nd story, still works, though the battery life has diminished over the years. only bad bits are of course that moronic sonic stage s/w & that the original ear buds didn’t fit my american ear holes.
