My PictureTown Now iPhone Friendly

Yesterday NEC announced their latest iPhone software, and now it’s Nikon’s turn to do the same. With iPhone’s free “My PictureTown” you can now upload / access photos from your iPhone… I just tried it out and it worked quite well. If you’re a Nikon user and own an iPhone, you should definitely try it too… My PictureTown is a free service up to 2GB of data.

The my Picturetown application includes the following features:
•Access to the user’s my Picturetown online storage site
•Ability to create photo albums

•Ability to upload images taken via the iPhone camera

“We are very excited to offer the my Picturetown application for iPhone and iPod Touch to consumers as a new avenue for storing and viewing photos,” said Chuck DeLuca, product manager, marketing, COOLPIX for Nikon Inc. “With the my Picturetown application, users can easily upload and organize their images with the added convenience of complete mobility.”
