Lenovo Gives More Details on Their Dual Screen Thinkpad

Lenovo gave us more details on the next Lenovo featuring a dual screen, the ThinkPad W700ds. At the moment it will feature a 17-Inch primary screen, a 10.6-Inch secondary screen, a Core 2 Quad QX9300 (2.53GHz), up to 8GB of memory, 960GB of SATA HDD – SSD storage space. It will also have a built-in WACOM digitizer (electronic drawning pad), two DisplayPort video adapters, and dual-link DVI.

From ComputerWorld’s product marketing manager, Wes Williams, “Why two screens? Most people use two monitors at their desktop. We wanted to give them all the things they’re used to on their desk.”

Price: $3,600 (2585€).
